The coconut flavour makes them easier to take compared to standard vitamins, and they don’t have a strong aftertaste. Since I started using this supplement, my skin’s clarity has improved, and I feel like my hair loss has decreased as well. Overall, this supplement has been very effective for me.

Easy to swallow but I didn't like the coconut taste, felt it was a bit unnecessary and sadly puts me off taking them and I like coconut!

No results yet but supplements can take a long time to start working. They taste ok and are easy to swallow. I like how this company do not add any fillers or binders to their product. I would not take any supplements that contained those. Time will tell if these work for me.

Why did you choose this product over others?: On the day, the price was cheaper than usual.

So I was looking for a product due to suffering from Brain Fog at work to the point of concern. So I was looking for a tablet to ensure that I had a good baseline of Brain functioning chemicals. I have not changed other conditions in my life, whilst taking these although I have felt a clearness in the brain after 15 days. Which certainly suggested a slight imbalance in chemicals beforehand. These do contain both B6 and B12 which improve energy levels so do not take before bed. The box is simple and effective in design implying to me they have spent more on research and less on marketing. Also great to see it being manufactured in the UK where we have some of the most stringent manufacturing compliance.

Very easy to swallow and best value for money. I feel more brain boost with energy to work on my daily routine.
